工藝工程部崗位職責(zé)
工藝工程部經(jīng)理/總監(jiān) 金百澤 深圳市金百澤電子科技股份有限公司，金百澤任職資格:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷;機(jī)械、電子、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、有8年以上ems行業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);掌握常見現(xiàn)場管理手法
3、熟悉pcba加工流程;
4、熟練fuji/yamaha/siemens貼片機(jī)系列者優(yōu)先考慮;
5、熟練使用office辦公軟件，勤奮好學(xué)，學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通能力強(qiáng);
6、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)、組織協(xié)調(diào)、推動和人際影響力。7、有英文聽說讀寫能力的優(yōu)先。
崗位職責(zé):
專注生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場品質(zhì)效率的管理，生產(chǎn)紀(jì)律的管控1、根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃確認(rèn)人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)等生產(chǎn)要素，保證班組生產(chǎn)正常有序進(jìn)行，保質(zhì)量保量完成班組生產(chǎn)任務(wù);
2、維護(hù)現(xiàn)場工作秩序，保證相關(guān)制度、紀(jì)律有效執(zhí)行;
3、生產(chǎn)各類異常的反饋及處理，保證生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行;
4、完成各種現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)管理看板及生產(chǎn)日報(bào)表等相關(guān)記錄的填寫，保證數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、完整;
5、現(xiàn)場的品質(zhì)控制與提升，生產(chǎn)效率的管理;
6、現(xiàn)場6s的維護(hù)與工作教導(dǎo)，崗位培訓(xùn)及物料、設(shè)備監(jiān)控與管控;
7、對班組生產(chǎn)完情況、生產(chǎn)報(bào)表及數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控確認(rèn)，掌握當(dāng)班生產(chǎn)信息，及時(shí)向上級匯報(bào)。

工藝工程部經(jīng)理 作為工藝工程部經(jīng)理,您的主要職責(zé)是直接參與和協(xié)調(diào)工藝工程部各項(xiàng)活動,包括但不限于以下項(xiàng)目:

負(fù)責(zé)組織編制公司短期和長遠(yuǎn)技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,制定技術(shù)改造計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)改造計(jì)劃實(shí)施中的技術(shù)工作。
